Processing Time

  •  Each product is handmade and may require personalization.

  •  Processing time (creation + packing) is 3 to 8 business days.

  •  The exact time depends on the type of product and the level of customization.



Shipping Carrier

  •  All orders are shipped with PostNL.

  •  You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.



Shipping Costs

  •  Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package.

  •  Exact shipping fees are shown during checkout before completing your order.



Estimated Delivery Times (once shipped)

  •  The Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  •  Europe: 3–8 business days


Please note: delivery times are estimates. Busy periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Black Friday, and Christmas may cause delays.
