Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

  1.  Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  2.  To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing (e.g., by email) within the 14-day period.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  •  Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved, stamped, or otherwise made to customer’s specification).

  •  Earrings and other pierced jewelry, for hygiene reasons.

Return Procedure

  1.  After notifying us of the withdrawal, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product.

  2.  Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  3.  Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

  1.  Upon receiving the returned item, or upon receiving proof of shipment, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

  2.  The refund will include the original product price and standard shipping costs.

  3.  Additional costs for upgraded shipping methods (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable.

  4.  Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

Product Responsibility & Misuse

  •  We guarantee that our products meet the reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

  •  We are not liable for misuse, including (but not limited to) products intended for adults being used by children, or products used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
