The current production times are as follow:

- 3 business days for non personalized items

- 5 to 7 business days to personalized items

Please note that this is before your order can be shipped.

 

 

All of our pieces are handmade to order especially for you. Please allow at least 3 working days for your order to be made before shipping. This can take longer at our busiest times. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The expected delivery times are:

The Netherlands: 1 to 5 business days

Europe: 3 to 12 business days

Delivery times refer to the time for delivery after dispatch. 

 

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only, based on the time frames provided by the shipping carrier.  Shipping times will vary depending on factors such as the time of the year and weather conditions ect.  Delivery times may be longer at peak times of the year such as Christmas.  While I will do my best to dispatch your order within the timeframes, delivery times are beyond my control and are not guaranteed.
